The ground rules for using Harvi's website, waitlist, and early-access experiences.
Last updated: June 5, 2026
Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of heyharvi.com, the Harvi waitlist, and Harvi services when they become available. By using Harvi, joining the waitlist, or accessing our website, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use Harvi.
What Harvi does
Harvi is an AI-powered social concierge designed to help people discover like-minded people, communities, activities, and events in real life. Harvi is preparing for launch, and some features may be limited, experimental, or available only to early-access users.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the website or join the waitlist. Certain Harvi app features, events, communities, or introductions may require users to be older, verified, or otherwise eligible under rules that apply to those experiences.
Waitlist and early access
Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access, timing, availability in your location, or any specific product feature. We may invite users in phases based on geography, product readiness, safety needs, community density, testing capacity, or other operational factors.
We may change, pause, or discontinue waitlist or early-access programs at any time.
Accounts and accurate information
If Harvi asks you to create an account or provide profile information, you agree to provide accurate information and keep it reasonably up to date. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping account credentials secure.
Community and safety rules
Harvi is built for respectful real-life connection. You agree not to use Harvi to harass, threaten, abuse, impersonate, spam, exploit, discriminate against, or harm others.
You are responsible for your own decisions when meeting people, attending events, joining communities, or sharing information. Harvi may help surface opportunities, but you should use judgment and follow normal safety practices when interacting online or offline.
AI recommendations
Harvi may use AI systems to understand your preferences, suggest plans, recommend communities or events, and help with introductions. AI-generated recommendations can be incomplete, inaccurate, or not right for your situation.
Harvi does not provide legal, medical, financial, emergency, mental health, or professional advice. Do not rely on Harvi for emergencies or time-sensitive safety decisions.
Content and feedback
You are responsible for the content, messages, feedback, and information you provide to Harvi. You grant Harvi permission to use that content as needed to operate, improve, protect, and provide the service.
If you send us ideas, suggestions, or feedback, you agree that we may use them without restriction or compensation to you.
Third-party services and events
Harvi may reference, link to, or recommend third-party venues, hosts, communities, events, websites, platforms, or services. We do not control third parties and are not responsible for their actions, policies, availability, safety, pricing, or content.
Changes and availability
Harvi may add, remove, suspend, or change features at any time. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on the website. Your continued use of Harvi after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Harvi is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Harvi will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, personal injury, or damages related to third-party events, venues, communities, or interactions.
